at last i manage to convince lau ma to have popiah & kueh pieti for reunion dinner. i cut 7 big bun-kuan, 1 soon, 3 ang-chai-tou until my hand pong-pah!

there are so many gifts which i bot many years ago & i forgot abt it!
i had throwed away so many things .... so heart pain neh :(

shit, it seems that every cny, i will kana this hateful cough that lasted very long... sian!
till today i still hasn't tasted mandarin orange yet!

looks yummy rite? free xmas lunch in the office today :) hardy we have free makan... oops! cater nonya deli from baba king, $22 per head. hmmm, rather x neh! i tink many of them oni eat one round bcos not enough! wao, chiak ka tata, oni left the white rice!!!

nowadays, buffet is unlike last time whereby u cater for 40 ppl & can have 50 ppl to eat & still got left over lor!

tis is my 1st pair of sport shoes after so many donkey years. i've got no confident when i bot it 6 months ago... i had owe a few pairs (other brands) b4 & it hurts so much! thanks lily who recommend tis pair to me.. i actually wanted nike... heehee!

me & my kakis used to go buffet quite often in the 90's!

every month, we jio each other for lunch & then 'cheong ah' .... chiak ka buay nin chu!!
dun care abt puttin on weight then... chiak leow ka lai pa sin lor!

no more big feast after some kakis either transferred to other store, sayonara or 在减肥 ....

present kakais not so willing to spend on food leh!

linda invited me for lunch @ melting pot coffee house, buffet.

it was still raining when we step out of the building ///

well, who cares! wif the umbrellas, hop into the cab & concorde hotel here we come... oops, i mean holidayinn atrium la! still not use to the new name. even the taxi driver ask: last time concorde huh?

took the cheerful lookin chefs poster in the lift.

slurrrp! my fav hainanese satay:) its so yummi... eat oni 4 sticks (last time i used to eat 6-8)+ ketupat+ ti-boon + tuachang (o dear, too much will puuui)! i like the satay here, bcos it hand made. i dun quite like the machine one neh!

chilli prawn not fresh leh! black pepper beef is as good too :)

kueh pieti > er... not my taste, but linda like it. she even went for 2 round... haha, she din't get to eat it bcoz lazy to Q up lor! mee siam wa.... so so neh! i like it sour, but tis one was toooo sour leow! anyway, i still chiak ka tata :0

there are still many other food, but i was too hungry to take pix then. moreover, linda keep saying: aiyo! chiak mai chiak, keep takin photo! can eat now anot... heehee :)
i wanted to take pix @ the spread counter, but dare not in case the staff stop me & oso my dear fren will say i "seow ah li"!

nvr mind i wl give in to her tis time ... erm, she will get it from me the next round... oops!

oh yah, eefu mee taste good too :) i was brimming when i saw it... aiya, forgot to take pix lah! hardly get to eat it elsewhere except in the restn & wedd dinner.
