working on sunday....???

suppose to come back yest, but i hv to attend wee tiong's rom.

company is havin tis 'customer service' survey & i was part of the team.
sean is my 'boss' & his PA was liao-ge lor :)
my duty was to call up our vip customers, food & flowers arrangement.

reached office @ 9:40 am & it was cool ///... bcos air-con was on...heng-ah!
1 hr cost 80 bucks, & we need it for 12 hrs... :p

3 customers 放飞机 ... did not turn up & doesn't even hv the courtesy to inform us too... :<

met the tan's family they are real nice ppl, but not chen! wife is nice but not the man himself... damn yaya-papaya lor... pui!!!

i am lucky to come across 4 veri nice cust who i had interviewed over the phone :)
they couldn't come down, but they patiently 'entertain' my 23 questions.

over all sean is satisfied with the response.
beside him, kah-leong, god & derrick were oso the interviewer.

last cust came @ 5:30 pm.
oredi 6:15 pm, but the 'long winded' one is still not out yet :<

we ends our interview @ 7 pm instead of 8 pm.

left alot of finger food. i gave my share to the security & they are happy :)
